Eligibility Criteria

Candidate Must be Indian Citizen

Education Qualification

Bachelor's of law Knowledge of English and Gujarati language essential, applicant must have experience of 5 to 7 years as practise advocate is required.

Experience of handling legal matters of General insurance in district consumer forum, National Commission and State Commission are Desirable


She/He must have been registered with bar council of India and Bar council of Gujarat.
